About Gillian Price
I was born in Wales in 1955.
Academically I pursued Music and Maths completing a degree in Maths and
Computing at Cardiff University in 1977.
My first career was in IT - computer programming, design, analysis, project
leading and consultancy.
I started making the change to more meaningful work (to me anyway) in 1990
when I began a three year training in Acupuncture at the London College of
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I have been in practice in North London since 1993 and am a member of the
British Acupuncture Council.
In 2002 I completed a full training in Chinese Herbs at the London College of
Traditional Acupuncture and am a member of the Register of Chinese Herbal
Medicine.
I usually combine the two therapies giving everyone acupuncture and adding
herbal treatment as required.
I have continued to learn and to develop my skills with various courses of further
training in such areas as Dermatology, Fertility, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,
Pregnancy support, Auto immune conditions, Digestive problems.
